President Obama Confronted with Planned Parenthood Corruption

President Obama deflects when confronted with Planned Parenthood corruption
by Kathleen Gilbert

WASHINGTON, D.C., February 21, 2011 (LifeSiteNews.com) – In an interview with NCB12 last weekend, President Barack Obama was asked about the controversy surrounding Planned Parenthood, caused by the release of several undercover videos by the pro-life group Live Action.

They have shown Planned Parenthood staff members at seven different facilities offering advice to an undercover investigator disguised as a “pimp” on how to obtain secret abortions, STD testing and contraception for his underage prostitutes.

“There’s a conservative group that went into Planned Parenthood with video cameras and taped what appeared to be Planned Parenthood workers turning a blind eye to sex trafficking,” the NBC 12 interviewer said to President Obama. “Republicans here in Washington have turned this into a call for you and for other leaders in Washington to strip Planned Parenthood’s funding from the federal government. Do you think this video should be a reason to look at Planned Parenthood funding? Do you think it’s a setup? How would you react to that?”

The president responded, suggesting that the controversy was “manufactured” and that it shouldn’t distract leaders from job creation. Click "Here" for the complete story.

I find this video interview with President Obama very interesting. Our president was asked to give a response to the undercover videos taken by investigators in seven Planned Parenthood clinics in New Jersey, Virginia, Washington D.C., and New York back in January. Is it any wonder why the American people are becoming more and more disillusioned and angry with our Federal Government when it comes to spending our hard earned tax dollars?

Lloyd, thanks for posting this---but, in reality, I think everyone knows about the corruption. It makes me sick. I have to make myself stop writing now, because I WILL get carried away. Blessings.

There is a constane spin on everything that comes out of Washington no matter what party. It is a shame though that innocent unborn babes and women who are being trafficed are the ones who suffer because our president is pro-choice no matter what evidence is found. I pray God changes his heart and the heart of all those who think the choice of abortion is right.

Weasel words - pro-life indeed, what is the antonym to that pro-death? If only fundamentalists would care as much for those after conception and birth as before.

Hypocrisy...that's what comes to my mind right away...Those words..."reduce spending..." we don't see the government leaders sacrifice. Yet, it is the people that suffers right away. It is sad when people don't see how he is all about talking and less actions! I'm glad you shared this. Thank you for encouraging me always. God bless.

I have worked at a Pregnancy Crisis Center two nights a week for the past 10 years. I say the best way to fight the coruption is to teach the truth and that is what I do at the Center every Tuesday and Thursday night. Thanks for revealing the truth in your post today.

Sadly, the President is correct that people care more about economic issues than about (dare I put words in his mouth?) moral ones. He doesn't realize that his words amount to this maladjustment of priorities. It's true though...If we're fat and sassy, why worry about the slaughter of unborn children?

Isn't it interesting that Obama apparently supports an organization that was created largely to thin down the black population?

I doubt that President Obama has actually seen an abortion. Once you've actually seen one, your life will change and, hopefully, one's stance on abortion.

Shocking.

Wow. He actually said "We shouldn’t get so distracted by some of these issues that we ignore what’s really going to determine how well our kids do in the future." Abortion, prostitution - these are simply distractions? But jobs, money, economy - that's what's really important? This was a very interesting video, indeed.

Lloyd -

There are so many lies being told regarding abortion, it's scary. The sad truth is that many people don't want to know the truth. It's disturbing to me that even Christians often don't know who Planned Parenthood is.

There's this new blog titled "Blood Money" that I think does a good job at highlighting a lot of the deception. The website, if interested, is http://bloodmoneyfilm.com/blog/planned-parenthood-eugenics?msg1.

I personally am disgusted by the arrogance of politicians and others who support this. It's not just Democrats either. I don't know if I call them RINOs or what, but when they don't even TRY to understand the seriousness of abortion, it's unconscionable.

I'm also pretty upset that our tax dollars (which means we support it) go to these organizations. They say that it doesn't. But if you had $100 and I give you $50 and you put them both in the bank, how are you going to tell me that my $50 is not going to something that I don't approve of?

Thanks Lloyd for posting this and bringing to the light. Our president and leaders ought to be ashamed.

God bless!
Dean
